Executive Culinary Specialist

About the Role:
This position involves creating and delivering exceptional culinary experiences that meet or exceed guest expectations. The successful candidate will be a skilled and passionate chef with a proven track record in banqueting and menu design.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present food banqueting to the highest standards of quality, freshness, and presentation.
- Supervise, coach, and train kitchen team members in conjunction with senior chefs.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with Conference & Events Sales and Planning teams.
- Contribute to menu design, including seasonal menus and daily/weekly specials, working closely with the culinary team.
Maintain the highest standards of quality, freshness, and safety in all aspects of food preparation and presentation. Implement and maintain robust food hygiene protocols in accordance with legislative requirements. Manage stock control and ordering procedures effectively.
