Job Title: Bid Coordinator
About the Opportunity:
- This commercial builder has built a strong list of clients through many successful projects over the last decade.
- They are a leader in the construction industry, delivering projects ranging from $10 million to $30 million.
About the Role:
- As the Bid Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the tender and submissions process, coordinating and managing end-to-end bid and tender submissions.
- Working closely with estimators, project managers, and the leadership team, you will be responsible for preparing compelling, compliant, and deadline-driven bids that showcase the company's strengths and ability to exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal teams and consultants to gather content, capability statements, and project examples, formatting and producing visually engaging submissions, EOIs, and proposals.
- Maintain and update the bid library, including CVs, project sheets, and company profiles.
- Support marketing efforts, such as capability statements and award submissions, tracking submission deadlines and tender portals, ensuring timely and high-quality output.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2–5 years' experience in a similar role within construction, architecture, or engineering.
- Strong InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with a strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines, a proactive and collaborative attitude.
