Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inbox Management & Communication Support
    • Manage and organize incoming emails, flagging urgent items and summarizing key threads.
    • Respond to routine emails on behalf of the business, maintaining a professional and brand-consistent tone.
    • Track ongoing conversations to ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Marketing & Content Execution
    • Assist in creating website copy, blog posts, and marketing materials using AI tools as needed.
    • Proofread and edit content for grammar, style, and brand consistency.
    • Create social media captions and short-form copy for campaigns.
    • Format and schedule blog posts in WordPress, including SEO metadata.
    • Update and optimize landing pages in HubSpot and WordPress.
    • Coordinate with designers, developers, and other team members to execute marketing campaigns.
    • Track project deadlines and deliverables for campaigns.
    • Communicate with vendors, freelancers, or clients for marketing deliverables.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Compile marketing performance reports for clients and internal review.
    • Identify opportunities for improvement based on data trends.

Our ideal candidate has proven experience in administrative support, project coordination, or marketing roles. They possess strong written and verbal communication skills, familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress, and marketing analytics tools, and the ability to quickly learn and master new digital tools and processes.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in administrative support, project coordination, or marketing roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Ability to quickly learn and master new digital tools and processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to draft and refine content.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
