Job Title: Senior Marketing Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our team in a senior capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Create high-quality field marketing programs and activities with a focus on ROI
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans that align with regional strategic priorities
- Lead digital-first mindset in all tactics
- Define event and campaign Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with sales teams
- Monitor implementation of marketing plans and ensure adherence to budget
- Perform ROI analysis on campaigns and events
- Manage lead-to-revenue process
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent
- 6+ years of experience in marketing
- Experience with PR, digital, and social marketing programs
- Understanding of marketing infrastructure requirements
- Solid business and financial experience
- Experienced budget management skills
