Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to lead our operations and work closely with Area Managers and the broader TAS team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving safety, operational efficiencies, and sales performance across our established and diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and deliver daily production/delivery plans and targets while ensuring customer demands for quality and delivery are met.
- Drive revenue growth by promoting a focus on customer service within the team.
- Analyze performance and promote continuous improvement opportunities, including development planning sessions.
- Ensure safety compliance and policies are followed on-site and drive a proactive safety culture through the operational team.
- Monitor and report on DIFOT results and any significant issues affecting results.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong Operations and People Management Experience.
- Industry experience in sales and operations environments of related manufacturing, distribution, or warehousing establishments is preferred but not essential.
- Strong Leadership and engagement experience of a large team.
- Passionate about achieving high customer outcomes.
- Proven track record driving effective sales and operational processes.
- Proven experience monitoring and managing costs against targets.
