About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to take charge of the day-to-day operations of our business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working closely with our sales team, managing major accounts, the warehouse team, deliveries, and accounts. You will also work closely with Senior Management to assist with the implementation of new policies and procedures to help streamline our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the business, including sales, customer service, and logistics
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales
  • Manage major accounts and develop strong relationships with key customers
  • Oversee the warehouse team and ensure efficient and effective inventory management
  • Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
  • Manage accounts and ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment
  • Work closely with Senior Management to develop and implement new policies and procedures to improve business efficiency
Requirements
  • Previous sales and operations management experience within the Aluminium industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of the industry and related products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work closely with people across all levels of the business
  • Previous experience implementing policies and procedures to improve business efficiency
  • Sound commercial acumen with an understanding of financial matters
  • Excellent time management, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
