Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to fill the role of Branch Operations Administrator/Credit Control Specialist. This full-time position is crucial for the efficient functioning of our operations. You will report directly to the Branch Manager and will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the branch's banking and petty cash transactions
- Generate purchase orders and process invoices for payment
- Conduct courtesy calls and follow-ups with customers
- Provide administrative assistance to the Branch Manager and departmental leaders
- Organize and maintain filing systems and records
Candidate Profile
