Our Employer Engagement Consultants build new and manage existing networks in the community to secure employment opportunities for our clients.
They must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of submitting their application to be considered for this role.Job DescriptionThe Role:This is an On-site PositionYou will engage with, develop and maintain employer and community networks to secure employment opportunities for our clients;
Manage a small caseload of clients demonstrating empathy and compassion;
Provide advocacy and information about atWork Australia's services - connecting both clients and the wider community;

QualificationsAttributes and Experience: Demonstrated ability to work in an outcome-based environment and achieve positive results;
Ability to network and a genuine passion to manage and build solid partnerships with employers and clients;
Exceptional organisational and time management abilities to manage competing priorities;
Well-developed administration skills, utilising various databases.
