Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

The Albany Senior High School is seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As an integral member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our school's network infrastructure.

This role requires a strong understanding of computer networks, including user access, privileges, and password management. You will be expected to ensure compliance with software licensing regulations, address any security breaches, and implement risk management strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the school's network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Providing technical support and advice on network issues.
  • Collaborating with the Department's IT Support team to resolve hardware, software, and network problems.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to identifying risks and recommending improvements aligned with the school's IT goals. Additionally, they must obtain a valid Working With Children Check and consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check before commencing.
