Job Overview

The Role:

This position involves establishing new and maintaining existing networks in the community to secure employment opportunities for our clients.

As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with employers, developing and maintaining employer and community networks, managing a small caseload of clients, and providing advocacy and information about our services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Engage with and develop employer and community networks to secure employment opportunities;
  • Manage a small caseload of clients demonstrating empathy and compassion;
  • Provide advocacy and information about our services - connecting both clients and the wider community;
