As a seasoned leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our corporate restaurants. Your mission will be to lead a portfolio of restaurants to achieve financial and operational excellence.

This leadership position requires an individual with a strong commercial acumen and excellent people management skills. You will be responsible for leading restaurant managers and their teams to achieve targets, monitoring performance through regular analysis, and driving initiatives for growth and profitability.

  • E nsure that brand standards are consistently met to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
  • Oversee the operational readiness of new restaurant openings, including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
  • Collaborate with Operations, HR, Marketing, and L&D teams to align strategies and support continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS, and brand standards across all restaurants.

This is a dynamic leadership role that requires a strategic thinker who can balance business goals with people development. You will need 5+ years' experience in multi-site leadership within QSR, hospitality, or retail, preferably with a Bachelor of Business or relevant diploma.
