Job Overview

This role leads the front of house team in a fast-paced quick service restaurant environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing day-to-day operations, and driving key performance indicators.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences through effective leadership and collaboration with team members.
  • Manage and control labour costs, profit margins, and operational expenses to drive business success.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and presentation to ensure an excellent dining experience.
  • Develop and motivate a high-performing team by providing coaching, guidance, and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Champion a positive and inclusive culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, including labour and cost of goods sold, to inform business decisions.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a leader in retail or hospitality, preferably in quick service restaurants.
  • Success in managing labour budgets, financial management, and achieving key performance indicators.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • A driven and proactive individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and exceeding targets.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
