**Position Overview**:
Premium Fire Services is a dynamic and innovative leader in the fire industry, dedicated to providing top-notch fire protection solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team. You will play a crucial role in overseeing and facilitating all aspects of construction projects related to fire protection systems. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including project managers, contractors, engineers, and clients, to ensure the successful execution of projects from inception to completion.

**Responsibilities**:
**1, Project Planning and Coordination**:
Work closely with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for fire protection system installations.

Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure seamless project execution.

**2, Documentation and Reporting**:
Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, permits, and inspection reports.

Generate regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.

**3, Communication**:
Act as a liaison between project teams, clients, and contractors to facilitate effective communication.

Conduct regular project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and resolutions.

**4, Quality Assurance**:
Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standards in fire protection system installations.

Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications.

**5, Resource Management**:
Coordinate the allocation of resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to meet project requirements.

Monitor and track project expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

**Qualifications**:

- Fire industry experience preferred but not necessary.
- Engineering background graduate is welcome.
- Proven experience in construction project coordination is desired.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in kind of project management software and MS Office Suite.

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Fire construction management: 1 year (required)
- Project management: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Kingsgrove, NSW 2208 (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Kingsgrove, NSW 2208: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
