Job Title: Senior Manager ICT Infrastructure and Service Delivery

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our ICT Infrastructure and Service Delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational portfolio of NSW SES ICT Infrastructure services, including leading multi-disciplined teams, enhancing and maintaining server, network and workstation environments, and overseeing an enterprise IT ServiceDesk.

  • Develop and implement strategies for modernising legacy infrastructure and desktop environments while maintaining service delivery and business continuity;">
  • Lead and manage multi-disciplined IT teams to deliver seamless experience for users and key business outcomes for stakeholders;">
  • Ensure alignment between teams to meet business objectives and maintain high-quality support;">
  • Maintain and enhance server, network and workstation environments to ensure reliability and fit for purpose; and">
  • Oversee the enterprise IT ServiceDesk to provide consistent, high-quality support to members.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">

Key Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven leadership skills, hands-on and supervisory experience across core infrastructure, strong ITIL-based service management, experience with desktops, laptops, servers and networks, solid cyber security and compliance focus, and the ability to clearly communicate and contribute positively to projects and procurement processes.
