Senior ICT Service Delivery Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced ICT Infrastructure and Service Delivery professional to lead our strategic and operational portfolio. As Senior Manager, you will oversee the enhancement and maintenance of server, network, and workstation environments.
Main Responsibilities- You will partner with business units and vendors to ensure technology aligns with NSW SES objectives.
- Oversee an enterprise IT ServiceDesk for consistent high-quality support.
- Evaluate and implement technology solutions to ensure reliability and effectiveness.
- Proven leadership experience in multidisciplinary ICT teams.
- Hands-on and supervisory experience across core infrastructure and services.
- Strong service management skills, including ticket tracking and asset documentation.
- Experience with desktops, laptops, servers, and networks.
- Cyber security and compliance focus, including patching and access governance.
- Ability to communicate effectively and contribute positively to projects.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and Azure AD is desirable.
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience are required.
