Job Opportunity

As a Senior Manager of ICT Infrastructure and Service Delivery, you will be responsible for leading the strategic and operational portfolio of ICT services.

You will oversee multi-disciplined teams to enhance and maintain server, network, and workstation environments, as well as manage an IT service desk to provide consistent, high-quality support.

The role requires partnership with business units and external vendors to ensure technology environments are aligned to government objectives.

In delivering ICT infrastructure, assets, and software, you will ensure technology is reliable and fit for purpose to support service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multidiscipline ICT teams (service desk, infrastructure, vendors).
  • Hands-on experience across core infrastructure, ensuring reliability and high-quality support.
  • Strong service management across tracking tickets, managing assets, and documenting work.
  • Experience with desktops, laptops, servers, and networks.
  • Solid cyber security focus, including patching, vulnerability management, and access governance.
  • Ability to clearly communicate and contribute positively to projects and processes.
