Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the strategic direction and operational management of our ICT services, ensuring technology aligns with our mission and drives excellence in teaching, learning, and organisational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an innovative ICT strategy, ensuring alignment with our mission and vision.
  • Promote efficient and cost-effective ICT solutions that support corporate and educational outcomes.
  • Lead the development, implementation, and governance of a multi-year ICT roadmap.
  • Oversee network architecture, cyber security, application development, infrastructure, and end-user services across schools and the organisation.
  • Evaluate and ensure strong ICT governance, risk management, and business continuity frameworks are in place.
  • Foster a high-performing ICT team, promoting a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the organisation at national ICT and education forums.
Requirements
  • A demonstrated commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education, with the ability to give witness to the faith life of the Church.
  • Significant executive-level leadership experience in ICT within complex environments.
  • Proven capability in leading large-scale ICT strategies, projects, and transformations—delivered on time and within budget.
  • Strong governance and risk management experience, including information security and compliance.
  • Highly developed communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines (postgraduate qualifications highly desirable).
  • A current driver's licence and willingness to travel are essential.
