Job Title: Branch Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Branch Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, coaching and developing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement branch strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Coach and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong coaching and development skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A deep understanding of financial management, business acumen, and risk framework.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
