Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization.

You will work closely with the Owner/Director to develop and implement strategic financial plans, manage multi-million-dollar budgets, and provide financial guidance to ensure the business is financially stable and profitable.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's financial performance and contribute to its continued growth and success.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in finance management, preferably in a scale-up environment.

  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

  • Leadership experience, with a proven track record of guiding and mentoring small teams.

  • CPA (or equivalent) qualification, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
