Leadership Finance Position

This leadership finance position is responsible for overseeing financial operations and guiding the delivery of core financial goals.

  • Develop annual financial plans, forecasts, and reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, manage audits, and oversee grant acquittals efficiently.
  • Manage day-to-day finance operations, including cash flow management, accounts payable/accounts receivable, and treasury functions.
  • Cultivate strong governance, risk management, and financial sustainability across the organisation.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar finance leadership role, preferably with a proven track record of success.

You will bring:

  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to guide and empower teams.
  • Proven expertise in leading audits, preparing statutory reports, and managing budgets.
  • Experience in coaching or mentoring finance teams to enhance their performance and capabilities.
