Chief Financial Strategist

As the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, shared services, and IT functions. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in shaping and executing strategic goals.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Oversee cash flow management, investor relationships, and risk assessment.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain audit readiness.
- Drive IT strategy and systems integration to support business transformation.
- Provide leadership and development to finance, shared services, and IT teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field (Master's or CA/CPA).
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an executive or CFO-level role.
- Proven experience leading finance, shared services, and IT functions.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, risk management, and compliance.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated success in driving change, operational improvement, and profitability.
