About the Role

Benchmark Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Wollongong and Illawarra region. As an Occupational Therapist at Benchmark, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with diverse needs, from children to the elderly, to regain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop rehabilitation plans for clients with work-related injuries or conditions
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Conduct assessments and provide interventions to enhance clients' functional abilities and mobility
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote client independence and participation in daily activities
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to rehabilitation plans as needed
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy and current full AHPRA registration
  • Current driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to provide a Working With Children Check and Police Clearance
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and support to clients
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry best practices
