Job Description:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for experienced IT professionals to deliver technical support services to Victorian schools.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in ICT infrastructure management, network administration, and cloud service management. They will be responsible for managing and maintaining ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools, administering school networks and server environments, and providing ICT support services in large technology-driven learning environments.

  • Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
  • Administer and support school networks and server environments.
  • Provide ICT support services in large, technology-driven learning environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with school leadership teams and deliver ICT professional development when required.
  • Manage and administer Hyper-V virtualisation environments.
  • Deploy and administer mobile device management solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hyper-V virtualisation administration.
  • Administration of Windows and Linux-based servers.
  • Cloud service administration (Google Workspace & Microsoft 365).
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM) deployment and administration.

Benefits:

  • Salary range $90,000 – $110,000 (pro-rata).
