Technical Support Role

We are seeking a skilled ICT Support Technician to join our team in Victoria, Australia.

The role involves providing essential support, education, and guidance in the deployment and maintenance of clients' computer infrastructure. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, supporting Siemens PLM solutions, determining software and hardware requirements, resolving system problems, installing and configuring PLM systems, conducting user training, and creating technical documentation.

  • Maintain strong expertise in PLM implementation and support, especially with Siemens Teamcenter.
  • Develop strong proficiency in CAD software, particularly the Solid Edge Portfolio, NX Portfolio, and Rhino.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of PLM modules such as Requirement Management, Change Management, BOM Management, and MCAD Integration.
  • Hone technical skills including TCL, VB.NET, and HTML.
Key Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

Demonstrated experience with PLM software support, particularly in a similar role for a minimum of X years, is necessary.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also essential.
