Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ICT Support Technician to provide essential support, education, and guidance in the deployment and maintenance of clients' computer infrastructure.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for software and hardware problems.
  • Support clients for Siemens PLM solutions, ensuring timely resolution of user issues and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Determine software and hardware requirements to provide effective solutions to client issues.
  • Diagnose, identify, and resolve system problems and user-reported issues related to software functionality, data access, and workflows.
  • Install, download, and configure PLM system infrastructure, including applications like Teamcenter and its integrations.
  • Develop and conduct user training sessions and create clear technical documentation to support end-users.
  • Liaise with users and senior engineers to resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering or Information Technology.
  • Demonstrated experience in PLM software support.
  • Proven expertise in PLM implementation and support, specifically with Siemens Teamcenter.
  • Strong proficiency in CAD software, particularly Solid Edge portfolio.
  • In-depth knowledge of PLM modules including Requirement Management, Change Management, BOM Management, and MCAD Integration.
