We are seeking an experienced Workplace Health Professional to lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of comprehensive workplace health programs.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful workplace health initiatives, with exceptional organisational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and evaluate comprehensive workplace health programs
- Provide recommendations on wellbeing initiatives that support employee needs
- Utilise professional background for practical implementation of services
- Ensure follow-up of high-risk participants and facilitate referrals into mental health services where appropriate
- Assist in general operations of Physical Health and provide training and support to more junior staff members or health professionals
Requirements:
- Experience in health program coordination or related field
- Proven track record of delivering successful workplace health initiatives
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while staying connected to a collaborative team
