  • Crop Health Management:
  • • Identify crop health issues and report to the Farm Manager.
  • • Adjust and rectify as necessary.
  • Team Oversight:
  • • Monitor and manage the performance of the field team in collaboration with the Farm Manager.
  • • Provide training and instruction to the field team.
  • Safety and Compliance:
  • • Ensure personal protective equipment is always worn and maintained correctly by yourself and the team.
  • • Comply with and actively support relevant Workplace Health and Safety and Environmental instructions and legislation.
Requirements

This position requires a minimum of 9 months' commitment. All roles have on-job training and potential for upskilling.
