We are seeking a senior management couple to lead our park team at Jubilee Lake in Daylesford, Victoria.

The ideal candidate will have strong business leadership skills with experience in hospitality or accommodation-based management. You will oversee a diverse team including administration, grounds maintenance, and customer service.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Recruitment, management, and development of a diverse team
  • Managing the office and day-to-day operations, including financials and budgets
  • Providing excellent customer service, including bookings and reception duties
  • Driving business development through website management and group bookings
  • Staff rostering and overall management of the café
  • Liaising with Council and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance

As a senior management couple, you will be expected to have a professional, proactive approach, and advanced computer skills including MS Office and RMS 9+

A two-bedroom residence is provided as part of the employment package along with a competitive salary.
