Located in the heart of Victoria's famous "Spa Country", the picturesque town of Daylesford is home to numerous spas, restaurants, galleries and gardens. Jubilee Lake Holiday Park is located a couple of kilometres from the town centre and is a peaceful hidden gem with lake views, onsite café and paddleboat hire.

The holiday park caters for annuals, tourists and day trippers who come to picnic in the grounds or go fishing, boating and swimming in the lake.

The role will appeal to a couple who are looking to utilize their strong business management, leadership and exceptional customer service skills. Ideally you will have experience in hospitality management or managing an accommodation based business, preferably holiday or caravan parks.

**Key responsibilities and duties include**:
Recruitment, management and leadership of a diverse park team including administration, grounds, maintenance and customer service
Managing the office (using RMS and XERO), administration and day to day financials
A keen sense of cost efficiency and effective business planning
Customer service activities including bookings and reception
Business development work including website maintenance and group bookings
Staff rosters
Overall management of the café (including cooking) and paddle boat hire
Liaising with Council and Co-Op Board and ensuring strong regulatory compliance
Project management and coordination of capital works

A professional and friendly nature
A hands-on proactive approach
Strong computer skills including MS Office and RMS 9+
Proven management experience including staff management
Have or be willing to obtain First Aid Certificates, Food Handlers Certificates & Police Checks
Basic cooking skills to assist in the operation of the cafe
Accommodation in a two bedroom residence is provided along with a generous salary package of up to $155k depending on experience.
