Senior Program Manager - Community Services

Job Description:

Lead and manage diverse child, family, and community programs to ensure high-quality service delivery and alignment with our mission.

Oversee program development, implementation, and evaluation to achieve strategic objectives.

Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the well-being and resilience of children, families, and communities in the Northern Territory.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, community services, psychology, or a related field (master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in senior management within the social services sector. Experience working with Department of Social Services contracts highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and reporting requirements.
  • Deep understanding of social, cultural, and economic issues affecting children, families, and communities in Northern Territory.
