About the Role

As a Contract Administrator/Project Engineer, you will be responsible for performing a dual role on the project, working closely with the site team and reporting to the Project Manager. Your primary objective will be to ensure the successful delivery of the project, while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and other relevant documents.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to overcome challenges.
  • Provide support to the Project Manager in the development and implementation of project plans and schedules.

Requirements

  • A construction-related degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Contract Administrator or Project Engineer in the construction industry.
  • Experience working on projects of $30M or more.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
