About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join our team, with a strong background in civil infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of contract administration, cost management, and risk management, and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Administration: Develop, review, and negotiate contract variations, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.
  • Cost Management: Manage and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the project, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to minimize potential losses.
  • Communication: Collaborate with project stakeholders, including project managers, commercial managers, and subcontractors, to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.
  • Contract Management: Manage and maintain all contract documentation, including contracts, variations, and extensions of time.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to project stakeholders, including project status, progress, and any issues or concerns.

Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration, cost management, and risk management, preferably in the civil infrastructure sector.
  • Qualifications: A degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business administration.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
