About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team at UGL Pty Limited. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contractual obligations and commitments, ensuring compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Process and coordinate payment claims to clients, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and productivity data analytics to drive project delivery.
  • Ensure effective document control and management of correspondence and registers.
  • Establish and maintain commercial processes and systems for the project.
  • Assist the team in month-end reporting and provide insights to drive business growth.
About You
  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a Contract Administration role, with a strong understanding of construction projects.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply contracts.
  • Strong understanding of cost control functions and payment processes.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite of applications.
