An esteemed position is available for a dedicated and compassionate leader to helm our Trott Park Residential Aged Care team. This leadership role emphasizes providing high-quality nursing care, mentoring the clinical and care teams, and ensuring safe, person-centered care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance in delivering high-quality nursing care and promoting a culture of excellence within the team.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop comprehensive care plans, and regularly review progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance with aged care standards and regulations by implementing robust quality and risk management practices.
  • Educate and upskill staff members to enhance their skills and build a confident clinical team.
  • Cultivate collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals, allied health providers, and families to deliver holistic care.
Requirements
  • Hold a Bachelor of Nursing degree and be registered as a Registered Nurse with the relevant authority.
  • Possess at least 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, demonstrating leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of aged care principles.
  • Have a profound comprehension of aged care standards, quality frameworks, and related legislation.
