Job Opportunity

We are seeking skilled Registered Nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality care to our residents in residential aged care facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional nursing care to our residents through comprehensive assessment and personalized care planning, ensuring their care needs are met at the highest standard.
  • Act as a role model to other staff, providing coaching and mentoring where required, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Lead by example, delegating tasks effectively amongst care support team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Maintain a strong resident focus and an empathetic approach with residents and families, providing comfort and reassurance.
Requirements:
  • Over 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Nursing (or equivalent).
  • Current registration with the relevant governing body as a Registered Nurse.
  • Ability to lead colleagues, build effective relationships with residents and their families, and contribute to a positive work environment.
