Key Responsibilities- Conducting clinical assessments and delivering physiotherapy programs tailored to individual needs
- Supporting daily living, mobility, falls prevention, pain management, equipment needs, and more
- Delivering one-on-one therapy and engaging group sessions for active aging
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
- Adapting to the unique needs of each facility while upholding professional standards
