Marketing automation plays a crucial role in reducing the burden of heart disease on Australian families and communities. As a key player in this effort, you will be responsible for creating and implementing successful customer-centric journeys that drive engagement and conversion.

About This Role

This position involves analyzing marketing campaign briefs and recommending automation strategies based on EDM and SMS channel best practices. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the execution of EDM journey builds, configure and deploy marketing automation campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and lead post-campaign analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent experience in marketing, information technology, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of three years using a marketing automation platform with a high volume of communications (Salesforce Marketing Cloud highly regarded)
  • Experience creating SQL scripts and managing large amounts of data
  • An understanding of Customer Experience concepts such as touchpoints and personalization
  • Experience working across an organization, including leading activities for multiple campaigns across differing areas of specialty and stakeholder groups
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact with both external and internal stakeholders at various levels
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • A strong understanding of the Spam Act, The Privacy Act, the Do Not Call Register Act, and other relevant privacy-related legislation
