Injury Management Specialist

Haylo People is a specialist recruitment agency supporting the Personal Injury and Insurance industry.
We are currently seeking an experienced Injury Management Advisor or Occupational Rehabilitation specialist to join our national team.
The key focus of this role is to be the face of the national wellbeing team, implementing processes and supporting return to work across a range of (largely physical) injuries.
Duties
- Manage key relationships and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Develop and coordinate treatment and return to work plans within a timely and proactive manner.
- Coach, mentor and support business units with pre-employment screening results, advising on risk and injury management strategies.
- Prepare reports for senior management while ensuring file records are kept up-to-date.
To be successful, you will:
- Hold an Allied Health Qualification (Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehab Consultant, Rehab Counsellor, Psychologist).
- Have 4+ years' experience in Occupational Rehabilitation or 4+ years' experience in Injury Management in an employer.
- Have a sound understanding of Workers Compensation (across multiple jurisdictions desired).
- Have an intermediate level in computer literacy or above.
