Requirements

  • A degree qualification in Human Resources, Business, Logistics, or a relevant discipline.
  • Proven experience working in a similar operational, blue-collar IR Generalist role, ideally within a logistics, supply chain, or similar fast-paced industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate integrity, and manage sensitive information.
  • Impeccable organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize your workload, and deliver high-quality outcomes within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
