Job Description\

The Control Systems Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing control systems for various industrial applications. This individual will collaborate closely with project teams to ensure the control systems meet both technical specifications and operational requirements.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with strong communication and documentation abilities. They will be able to effectively troubleshoot and diagnose control system issues, working independently or as part of a team.

\Required Skills and Qualifications\
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Automation, or a related field
  • Proven experience in control system design, PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.), SCADA systems, and DCS
  • Strong understanding of control algorithms (PID, fuzzy logic, etc.)
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or Function Block Diagram
  • Experience with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.)
  • Familiarity with HMI/SCADA design and configuration
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose control system issues
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
