The role of a Business Officer plays a vital part in supporting operations across multiple remote communities through the Learning on Country Program.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing contracts, procurement, payments, and program compliance;
  • Coordinating communication strategies, social media platforms, and website content to enhance engagement with stakeholders;
  • Organising logistical arrangements for promotional events, workshops, and meetings.

This is a diverse role that requires organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal abilities to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • An Advanced Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role;
  • Strong project management, analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills;
  • Knowledge of and experience in utilising various social media platforms and website maintenance tools.
