Project Officer

Based in Darwin, the Project Officer is a specialist role that enables program and site managers across four NT regions to lift service quality, meet contractual targets, and build workforce capability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project management and coaching
  • Data-driven improvement and stakeholder engagement
  • Maintaining high-quality programs and performance reporting
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Formal qualification in Social Work, Community Services, or related field
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, service quality improvement, and staff capability building
  • Proven success partnering with Aboriginal organisations and working effectively in culturally diverse contexts
Benefits:
  • Above Award Salary Grade 7 - $120,280 per annum
