Complex Lending Solutions Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a Regional & Agri Customer Lending Solutions team in East Maitland.

We're looking for a passionate and driven individual who can support customers and communities by developing strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and prepare lending submissions, including obtaining and collating customer information.
  • Perform credit analysis, financial modelling, and interpretation of customer financial information.
  • Deliver a superior customer experience by managing the end-to-end lending process and engaging internal/external contacts.
  • Develop strong customer relationships to identify opportunities and build advocacy.
  • Contribute to team meetings, continuous improvement practices, and share skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and experience of lending processes and credit expertise.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in banking.
  • Proven experience with financial analysis.
  • Understanding of policy and verification requirements.
  • A willingness to continue learning and striving for positive customer outcomes.
