Senior Mortgage Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Mortgage Broker to help our clients achieve their financial goals through a wide range of mortgage broking services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to analyse financial statements and income structures to identify suitable lending solutions.

  • Manage the end-to-end loan process from initial enquiry through to settlement.
  • Build strong client relationships and provide tailored lending solutions.
  • Partner with administrative support teams to streamline loan processing and improve productivity.
  • Liaise with banks and lenders to secure the most suitable lending options.
  • Work extensively with SMEs and self-employed clients, structuring lending solutions that meet their needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Mortgage Broker.
  • Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (with a desire to complete Diploma Finance and Mortgage Broking Management within the next 12 months).
  • Strong understanding of lender policies, loan structures, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing your own portfolio.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
