Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Product Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative products that exceed our clients' expectations. Your expertise in industrial design principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes will enable you to create products that are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and manufacturable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop design concepts and prototypes for new products using computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Rhino.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand project goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify current design trends and consumer preferences.
  • Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and gather feedback.
  • Modify designs based on feedback and ensure that all specifications are met.
  • Work closely with engineers and manufacturers to ensure that designs are manufacturable and cost-effective.
  • Conduct usability tests and gather user feedback to refine designs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or a related field. Additionally, you should have proven experience as an Industrial Designer or a similar role, with proficiency in CAD software and strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and ergonomics.
