This is a role for someone who loves owning the big picture while staying close enough to the details to make a real impact.Responsibilities Partner with clients to understand HR requirements and deliver tailored Workday HCM solutions from design through implementation.Configure and customize multiple Workday HCM modules to align with unique business processes and goals.Lead full lifecycle Workday implementations, including Phase X projects and post-production support.Provide strategic guidance on Workday best practices and optimize system usage for long-term value.Manage project delivery, including risk identification, mitigation planning, and removal of roadblocks.Advise clients on system impacts, integration considerations, and process interdependencies.Conduct knowledge
