The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a part-time Storage Consultant in North Lakes. As a key member of our team, you will support the day-to-day management of the store and work closely with our management team to deliver exceptional store results and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • You will be involved in customer sales, service, administrative support, and facility maintenance.
  • With opportunities for growth across each area, you will have the chance to develop new skills and take on more responsibility.

Requirements

  • You must be willing to learn new skills associated with a sales and customer service role, as training is provided.
  • You should be self-motivated and able to work using your own initiative or with support and direction.
  • You enjoy problem-solving and taking ownership of tasks.
  • You have a passion for delivering customer service excellence, with an above-and-beyond attitude and work ethic.
  • You are enthusiastic about working as a team player with a hands-on approach to a diverse range of tasks.
  • You are goal-oriented and results-driven.
  • You possess written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are physically fit.
  • You hold a driver's license.
