About the Role:

As a Consulting Systems Engineer, you will play a key part in providing technical support to our clients, ensuring they receive tailored solutions that meet and exceed their requirements. This role is at the forefront of delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and document client architecture plans that outline key areas for discovery.
  • Engage in technical pre-sales engineering to position solutions that meet and surpass customer requirements.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer technical priorities, challenges, and initiatives to develop tailored IT solutions.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality pre-sales technology solution deliverables within sales opportunities.
  • Participate in requirements and scoping workshops with customers and delivery partners.
  • Foster strong relationships with strategic original equipment manufacturers and services partners.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for the Engineering team, offering guidance on architecture and leading other consultants on solutions and optimization services.
  • Provide consultative support for enterprise solutions covering a spectrum of technologies.
  • Maintain robust relationships with customer technical management and teams.


Requirements and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of industry experience in senior roles or technology integrators, with architectural and technical expertise in applications, infrastructure, cyber, cloud, and networking solutions. They should also possess industry-level certifications and experience working with Fortune 500 IT leadership on deployment of technology solutions. A strong understanding of digital transformation and operating model design and deployment is also desired. Additionally, familiarity with Big Data, AI, automation, end user experience, and service management technologies, as well as cloud technologies including containers, Kubernetes, cloud-native services, storage, networking, and commercial models, is necessary. Strong presentation skills and an understanding of business impact of technology decisions are essential. Motivation to win in selling situations by solving client issues is also required.
