Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

We're seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Dan Murphy's Mona Vale. As a key member of our store team, you'll play a critical role in delivering world-class customer experiences that drive loyalty and revenue growth.

Your primary responsibility will be to motivate and lead your team to achieve exceptional customer service standards. You'll work closely with our sales floor team to create tailored in-store experiences that inspire our customers to return to our stores.

You'll also be responsible for coaching and mentoring our team members to help them develop their skills and reach their full potential. This includes identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these gaps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and lead your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive store culture that encourages collaboration and teamwork
  • Analyse customer feedback and use this information to inform business decisions
  • Work closely with our sales floor team to create engaging store displays and promotional materials

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in retail or hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • A strong understanding of customer behavior and market trends
  • The ability to analyse complex data and make informed business decisions
  • A passion for people development and a commitment to helping others reach their full potential
