Job Description

The Senior Project Manager plays a pivotal role in the successful development and delivery of energy storage projects. This involves combining technical expertise, exceptional project management skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality sustainable energy solutions.

This position requires an autonomous leader with experience developing and delivering as part of a global matrixed team within the context of large-scale EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead battery energy storage projects from early works through NTP to successful handover to operations
  • Coordinate internal and external functional contributors, contractors, and partners
  • Build relationships with design and construct partners, equipment providers, and other partners
  • Provide oversight and leadership in project planning to the entire organization
  • Collaborate with customers, suppliers, partners, sales, and senior management to ensure full life cycle project deliverables are met
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 15 years relevant experience in an energy sector engineering and/or battery storage related field
  • 10+ years of experience as a project manager with P&L responsibility
  • Degree in Engineering or other relevant discipline is required
  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, organizing, and influencing skills
